Student Sight Savers
Under the guidance of Wake Forest Ophthamology attending Dr. Bond, our chapter provides glaucoma screenings at various locations in the greater Winston-Salem community.
Partnership with the Sickle Cell Disease Association of the Piedmont
In the past, our partnership has allowed students to participate in a Adolescent Support group for children living with sickle cell disease. Additionally, the chapter helps organize a annual holiday party for the children and their families.
Many of our members hold leadership positions and regularly volunteer at Wake Forest University’s student run clinic.
