Registration for the “The Fifth Annual Premedical Student Conference:  Striving For Success-The Journey to Medicine”  is now available online.  To register, copy, click or type this link http://northwestahec.wfubmc.edu/mura/www/#/event/36333 into your web browser, or simply click the “Register Now” button below.

• Select Register for Event
• Enter the last name, last 4 digits of your SS#, and the zip code from your preferred mailing address, in the box provided.  If you are already in our system, you will be taken directly to the electronic registration page.  Before you start to register, make sure the information we have for you is correct by clicking on My Profile in the My CE Profile box in the top left hand corner of the screen.  Be sure that we have an up-to-date email address!
• If you are not already in our system: after entering your profile information, you will have to return to the registration link again in order to register.
• Complete all required parts of the electronic registration form.
• You will receive a confirmation, via email.  Print this receipt as your proof of registration
